This page applies to MagicSpot, a real-time street parking availability app published on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. MagicSpot is operated by the developer behind the magic-spot.com service ("we," "us," "MagicSpot").

2.How to Delete Your Account
You have two ways to request account deletion. Either method permanently removes your account and the personal data described in Section 3.
Option A — Delete in-app (recommended)
- Open the MagicSpot app on your Android or iOS device and sign in.
- Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the map screen.
- Select "My Account", then choose "Delete Account".
- Type your email address in the confirmation field to verify the request, then tap "Delete".
- Your account and the data listed below are removed immediately. You will be signed out and returned to the login screen.
Option B — Request deletion by email
- Send an email to mshelp@magic-spot.com from the email address registered to your MagicSpot account.
- Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your account email in the body.
- We will verify your identity by replying to that email address and complete the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
3.What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following from our active systems:

Location data: MagicSpot uses your device's GPS only to display your position on the map while you are using the app. Your GPS coordinates are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete on the server side. Any cached map state on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear app data in your device settings.
4.What Is Briefly Retained, and Why
For security, fraud prevention, and disaster recovery, the following limited information may be retained for a short period after deletion. None of it is used to identify or contact you, and it is permanently purged at the end of the retention window.

Backups are encrypted at rest. We do not access them except to recover from a service-wide incident. If a backup is restored after your deletion, your account record is removed again as part of the restoration process.
5.Data MagicSpot Does Not Collect
For clarity, MagicSpot does not collect, store, or share any of the following from end users at any time, so there is nothing to delete in these categories:
- Phone number, date of birth, postal address, or government identifiers
- Photos, videos, contacts, microphone or camera input
- Payment or financial information
- Advertising identifiers, third-party analytics events, or tracking pixels
- Stored historical location, parking history, or movement traces
6.Effects of Deletion
- You will be signed out of MagicSpot on all devices.
- You will no longer be able to sign in with the deleted email address. To use MagicSpot again, you can create a new account at any time.
- You will stop receiving any account-related emails from MagicSpot.
- Deletion cannot be reversed. If you change your mind, you will need to create a new account.
